Web3 Head of Workplace & Employee Events

As Head of Workplace and Employee Events you will need to develop and evolve an informed global workplace strategy, Workplace and Experience strategic plan, and standards that support Polygons growth plans and globally remote workforce

Partner with HR Operations, Events Team, and key business leaders to own alignment of the strategic plan with business requirements, prioritize projects, and optimize key initiatives

Lead the push on implementing a seemless experience for employees traveling for events, and off-sites.

Own and implement a roadmap for internal and external meet & greet events, and unique workplace experiences for employees.

Oversee implementation of tools and systems that proactively and flexibly support business needs and team growth

Act as a leader and innovator in the workplace space by continuously redefining the employee experience
