The Role
• Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices. • Work closely with the leadership team and coaching leaders when required. • Own the performance review process, conduct attrition forecasting, formulating and Implementing Retention Measures. • Enabling employee grievance redressal mechanism, career development discussions with employee and their manager • Work on new and updating existing policies, and Process awareness • Improving and monitoring employee productivity. • Structuring compensation and benefit packages. • Managing staff wellness initiatives. • Own employee relations • Evaluating staffing needs every quarter for the team.
