Tasks

- Responsible for overseeing IT development to improve business efficiency through cooperation with each team in US/CH/GH
- Take point in developing an app that investors will use to invest, monitor, and learn through
- Define and lead our initiative to utilize blockchain technology for our asset tokenization project
- Lead initiative to establish relationships with top-tech universities in the US/GH
- Build an internal front end for the sales force through implementation of a CRM

Requirements

Green Eight is looking for high-performing candidates with exceptional engineering and mathematical capabilities. Experience in developing policies and procedures and use technology to enhance products and services that focus on external customers is a plus. You should have a strong academic background, preferably in Computer Science (or a related field) and with 1-2 years of work experience, or alternatively a PhD. . In addition, you should be detail-oriented, able to collaborate well in teams and comfortable working in a flexible and entrepreneurial work environment.
