Web3 IT Procurement Specialist

Qredo is a decentralized digital asset management infrastructure and product suite designed to unlock new opportunities for institutional investors in digital assets and decentralized finance. Qredo's Layer 2 blockchain protocol enables users to seamlessly transfer and settle BTC, ETH, and ERC-20 tokens. Assets are secured by Qredo’s advanced Gen 2.0 multi-party computation (MPC), which provides tier-1 bank security and institutional-grade governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify suppliers of IT products and services and stay up to date on industry trends and new products 
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and maintain contracts repository
• Monitor renewal dates, allowing the company to plan renegotiations and renewals
• Support the RFP process for large-scale solutions
• Track inventory and purchase licenses/IT products when needed
• Control costs against the assigned budget and conduct future cost projections
• Collaborate with other departments involved in the purchasing and budget management processes

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working in IT procurement or similar roles
• Experience in working with various types of software licensing models, IT services and contracts negotiation
• Strong financial and numerical skills with high level attention to details
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills for cross department collaboration
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Prior exposure to fintech or blockchain industry a great plus
