Lead Software Engineer
PolySign aims to increase the adoption of digital assets in the global financial system. What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be a part of a team designing and implementing our core products.
- Guide the team through all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Grow the team and and guide them in building services to delight our customers
- Work with blockchain technology to build high trust services
- Help establish technical roadmap and architecture
- Work cross functionally to define and build out the product vision
- Own large features from idea through delivery to the customer
- Write and maintain high quality, tested code

Essential Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience leading a team and growings its members
- Strong passion for developing products that deliver a great customer experience
- 2+ years professional experience in software development with Python, Rust, TypeScript, or React
- Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Experience with API services development
- Experience building enterprise solutions that are highly available
- Very clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self starter able to work independently with minimal direction
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing event driven or distributed systems
- Worked in a zero ops model engineering team
- Have implemented product features running in Kubernetes
- Experience influencing software engineers’ best practices within your team
