Web3 Manager, Newsroom Audience Development

The Block is looking for an Audience Development Manager who is excited about helping journalists grow their audience at the epicenter of the ever-evolving crypto and digital asset space. This role is a blend of strategy, creative, and hands-on tactical executions that will ultimately be responsible for delivering best in class search engine optimization and outreach to boost engagement for our journalists' work. 

As an Audience Development Manager, you will oversee the strategy and roadmapping for boosting newsroom audience engagement at The Block. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create content distribution plans for search engine optimization (SEO), newsletters, social media, and new and emerging platforms. You will research and recommend new distribution platforms and opportunities. Using data and analytics, you’ll also work with product managers and our journalists to grow site engagement.
