Web3 Office 365 / Azure Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on capabilities of Office 365 collaboration tools
• Management and maintenance of Office 365 and Azure (including Intune, Exchange online, Teams and OneDrive)
• Act as the advanced technical contact for troubleshooting customer issues. Provide your technical expertise in finding root cause and develop solutions
• Create automated processes for the deployment of end user and server patches/updates
• Document system processes and procedures
• Designs and maintains Office 365 SharePoint Sites and Processes
• Ensure the operational health of the Office 365 environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability
• Manage and administer user identities as well as the groups and rules
• Manage and administer role-based access (RBAC)
• Manage, monitor, and assign O365 software licensing, as needed
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles include conditional access and cloud application security

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Office 365
• Mid to senior level exposure with Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Teams, OneDrive and Exchange
• Senior experience with managing servers, AD and user accounts
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert or Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer a plus
• Experience with Cloud Services (MS Azure)

Nice to Have:

• Experience working for a rapidly growing startup, and managing change 
• Experience in financial services, fintech and/or crypto
