Web3 Paid Ad Specialist - Canada Wide - Remote

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for: • Managing and optimizing paid programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline
• Collaborating with cross functional departments to understand and support their objectives through various channels • Collaborating with external contractors to execute paid campaigns • Using a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
• Recommending and driving copy and creative updates and edits • Supporting weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs • Measuring, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on campaign performance

Nice to haves • 2-5 years of experience in online advertising/demand generation • Strong experience with online advertising account management and optimization
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven (performance) marketing
