CoinFlip is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated People Operations Manager to join our People Team. As the People Operations Manager you will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional departments and stakeholders, scaling our tools, resources, and processes. You'll ensure the people team have the systems and knowledge to support our full employee life cycle, internal operations, employee experience, and more. You and our People Operations Specialist will operationalize and complete HR transactions efficiently and accurately to ensure employee data is up to date and to manage local compliance obligations.
