Eco Points keep us—our company, App users, and the community of people already building for Eco—aligned to win together. And this is just the beginning. New Points features are emerging every month as we think about how Eco can fundamentally upgrade traditional money. As Eco’s People Operations Manager, you will:

• Manage all aspects of key HR operations (payroll, benefits administration, onboarding & offboarding, rewards & recognition, etc) to ensure delivery of a best-in-class employee experience
• Identify and implement program enhancements that blow the minds of our employees on the daily
• Provide oversight of our third party vendors to include vendor selection and ongoing vendor management
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal and international regulations
• Implement process improvements to ensure our programs are well managed, meet necessary state and local requirements, and position us to grow and inspire our employee base
• Support the development, management and communication of key HR policies and processes

• Are passionate about the employee experience, and creating programs that make our employees proud
• Recognize the value of getting the operations right and know how to identify, implement and manage quality processes
• Love the People function and the opportunity we have to impact our employee’s work and lives
• Have deep HR operational experience including development and management of HR policies, procedures, processes, and best practices; bonus if you have HR experience in a high-growth startup environment!
• Have exceptional and consistent integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail
