Web3 Product Development Manager ( Remote)

The Role:

As a Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives. You will be responsible for innovating, creating solutions, driving end-to-end product definition, and ensuring that Qolo’s product offerings are clearly articulated for internal and external audiences. This position will manage the creation of new product concepts which includes designing concepts, market positioning, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and clearly communicating priorities. Equally as critical this position also ensures that all supporting aspects of the product are in place including but not limited to pricing, product sheets, operationalization, definition measures of success, and marketing campaigns

What you’ll do:

  • Roll out new solutions focused on new segments (e.g., Fintechs, Neobank, and Wallets), use cases (e.g., ACH, RTP, OCT, and Cross Border), networks (e.g., open banking, Blockchain)
  • Develop and maintain a product and feature roadmap reflecting business priorities and timing, while keeping stakeholders in sync.
  • Prioritize features, build consensus, and manage these within the overall backlog.
  • Build both back-end and customer-facing solutions to solve growth problems.
  • Define business requirements and priorities with inputs from business owners and stakeholders.
  • Work with Product Marketing to articulate products and solutions in the form of product sheets, decks, and other mediums to support sales.
  • Work with Product Marketing to create marketing communications and campaigns.
  • Provide industry and product subject matter expertise.
  • Create the long-term vision for features with significant customer and company impact.
  • Lead all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the feature or the product.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from end-users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Elegantly and effectively integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs.Triage product defects and ensure proper ownership and delegation towards resolutions.

What you’ll need:

  • Proficient in Product Management concepts and practices.
  • Work effectively across functional teams.
  • Capable of understanding technical concepts and discussing trade-offs
  • Obsessed with demonstrating and proving the value of your work.
  • Working knowledge of payments, payment processing, acquiring and /or issuing
  • Strong system and financial integrity sensibilities.
  • Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices.
  • Experience creating product pricing and financial analysis documents.
  • Must be comfortable in a start-up setting and a self-starter motivated by contributing
  • Working knowledge of product management functions like creating BRDs, articulating value propositions, creating flows and presenting concepts.
