The Role As Product Integration Lead in the Nightfall team, your job will require creating and leading a team of support engineers with the objective of ensuring the success of our partners using Nightfall. For such a role you will need to understand the architecture and ecosystem of products and applications based on Nightfall, lead the integration and customization efforts of our solutions into partner’s applications and collaborate in the definition and implementation of new services.

Responsibilities Provide support to customers using Nightfall. Oversee team to support a large base of customers, and define the procedures required to prioritize and solve important issues quickly. Use different channels (Slack, Discord…) to help solve customer problemsPeriodic calls with customers to provide updates. Responsible for technical documentation and manuals to simplify integration of our products. Technical support to Marketing and Product teams when interacting with external parties. Management of network validators and other external parties. SDK development in different languages. Work alongside other dev and Product teams to track issues from customers and ensure they are regularly updated. Definition of new services running on top of Nightfall in collaboration with other dev teams and customers.

Requirements Experience in coordinating a globally distributed remote team Experience with Ethereum — proficient with the core concepts in the spaceDifferent scalability approaches, such as rollups and sidechains, knowledge of ZK rollups is a big plus Experience with nodejs. Go is a plus.  Experience in issue tracking tools (Jira, Git, Linear,...) Tenacity to debug the challenging issues for long periods of time. Comfortable working in an Agile environment Excellent organizational and time management skills; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; working proficiency in English (written and spoken) to work with the team; Capable of presenting complex concepts in front of an audience clearly and concisely. Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner.
