Web3 Product Research Specialist

Location: WA Seattle, Washington, United States

This is a rare opportunity for a growth-minded individual to join a fast-growing exciting mission that will significantly impact the financial services industry and transform the lives of billions of people around the world.

To support this mission, we are looking for a customer-obsessed, data-centric, experienced product researcher to help define the Coinme roadmap with compelling, innovative fintech solutions to solve customer pain points. This role requires not only excellent overall market research skills, but also direct experience with conducting customer interviews, defining and running surveys, and deeply understanding the competitive landscape. This role will work closely with our Product Management and Business Development teams to help define and validate key assumptions to help guide our product roadmap.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct various types of product/market/user research and analyze data to provide feedback around product design and direction
  • Be knowledgeable of product management framework and responsible for showcasing data to drive decision making
  • Create and facilitate deliverables including market analysis, user interviews and surveys, competitive analysis, and other activities to help validate key assumptions with upcoming product hypotheses
  • Continually perfect and hone research techniques based on industry best practices
  • Work with cross-functional teams in the recruitment of participants as well as key relationships with research resources
  • Collect business and product goals and key questions to be validated from stakeholders
  • Facilitate product discovery sessions
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 Years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct product research experience based in User-Centered Methods and Product Analysis
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience preparing and presenting findings and recommendations
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in leading user research sessions (such as product discovery sessions, contextual inquiry, focus groups, etc.)
  • Customer focused with a deep passion for customer needs
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an ownership mentality

PREFERRED

  • Experience with fintech a strong plus
  • SaaS background, technical expertise, online investing or finance experience, startup history
