- Conduct qualitative research in alignment with leadership direction and business needs.
- Consult on our client's use of quantitative data to inform strategy + create a dashboard for key metrics we track.
- Develop a methodology and playbook to gain consistent qualitative insights into exploratory themes and project evaluations.
- Create and present compelling reports and presentations to a range of audiences and forums.

- Help identify strategic research opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional partners to surface strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to senior EX leaders.
- Synthesize data, news and trends about employee engagement to anticipate the needs of their employees.
- Analyze peer landscape as it pertains to employee engagement.
Education
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally a mix of management consulting, employee experience, strategy, or research. An MBA or culture related degree is a plus.
- Experience conducting and synthesizing in-depth qualitative research that informs strategy and generates clear and actionable recommendations.
- Ability to confidently and effectively communicate with senior leaders
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple teams and functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality or deadlines.
