Web3 Receptionist/Administrator

Job Description

As an Administrator at Kronos, you must be detail-oriented, flexible, and executive enough to help run the workplace in a fast-paced environment like Kronos. You will be handling a vast majority of duties, from day-to-day tasks, vendor coordination, and event planning to property management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle organizational duties for the company, its employees, and executives
  • Coordinate with vendors on workplace design, technology purchases, and employee benefits
  • Conduct day-to-day bill payments and light financial work
  • Plan fun events (and occasional trips!) for building company togetherness
  • Enrich our culture through a friendly demeanor and communicative personality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese in both oral and written communications
  • Extremely detail-oriented, and willing to learn new tasks and subjects
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; will be working with a quickly growing and dynamic company

**This role will need to sit at the front desk.

Salary:

NT$35,000~NT$60,000/month
