Copper.co is hiring a Web3 Revenue (Client Services) - Summer Internship

The Client Service Support team is expanding to support the 24/7 service for our full contingent of global clients. We’re looking for Client Service Support Advisors who have a passion for providing an exceptional client experience and will relish the opportunity to join a fast-growing business to be the first line of defence for our clients. In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside the broader Account Management Team and a number of experts in the industry.
As the team is expanding to 24/7 support, our team will work on a shift pattern where you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days in a rotation. You will be required to work weekends and evenings, to ensure we are providing our clients with the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities of the role
We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Revenue team for an unforgettable 8-week internship. As one of our interns, you will bring your own unique perspective as a learner, together with your academic knowledge, technical skills, and enthusiasm, and will gain a comprehensive introduction to our business.
Your experience, skills and knowledge
Your main responsibilities will be to attend, help and shadow how the team is:
- Acting as the first line of defence for the client, answering all queries that come through via email and phone.
- Ensuring we are the point of contact for our clients to manage BAU queries by closing them out, internally in the team or working with internal stakeholders from front to back.
- Managing client’s expectations whilst taking ownership and accountability of queries
- Building close working relationships with all Account and Relationship Managers and the wider business.
- Representing the values of Copper with the firms best interests, whilst ensuring what we do is for the benefit of the client, always acting with integrity
Essential
- Studying a Technical Degree.
- Learning technical skills related to the industry.
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Confidence and enthusiasm when sharing ideas internally.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of the Fintech industry.
About the internship
Successful candidates will spend 8 weeks working with our xxx team in the summer months. This will include:
- £14 per hour
- 8 weeks programme
- 1st July start date
