Web3 Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Americas

Compensation: $70k - $100k estimated

The Revenue Enablement team’s mission is to arm the Revenue organization with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to drive results and delight customers throughout their journey with Chainalysis. Our job is to build relationships with leaders and employees across the entire organization with a goal of creating and deploying world class, scalable enablement solutions that help drive revenue.

We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager to focus on enabling our US Public Sector division and Americas region. The ideal candidate loves helping others and is outcomes-driven, creative, collaborative, organized, and willing to wear multiple hats. We measure success based on enablement programs and initiatives launched, completion rates across the revenue organization, and revenue team performance on key metrics.

In one year you’ll know you were successful if…

  • You’ve mastered the Chainalysis product, customer journey, and you intimately understand our buyers and users in both the public and private sectors
  • You’ve formed a tight partnership with pre and post sales revenue leaders in our US PubSec and Americas region
  • You’ve built trusted relationships with members in all areas of the pre and post sales team and SMEs across the entire organization
  • You’ve got a pulse on the US PubSec and Americas businesses, identify gaps and areas for improvement, and help create and facilitate plans to enable the field on an ongoing basis
  • You’ve been a key player in the development, delivery and upkeep of the ongoing learning calendar for the US PubSec and Americas field teams
  • You work closely with our Ops, Product/PMM, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams to ensure the field is strategically enabled on the right content at the right times
  • You’ve assisted with ongoing facilitation and delivery of onboarding to the US PubSec and Americas regions
  • You’ve helped with the upkeep and governance of our enablement content repositories
  • You’ve helped to establish a fun, revenue-wide learning culture

A background like this helps:

  • Established background working within a high growth SaaS environment
  • Experience owning multiple functions of enablement for a revenue organization (design, delivery, content governance, etc.)
  • US and International Public Sector Expertise of selling and/or developing enablement solutions and programs in a fast-paced, hyperscale environment
  • Experience working in or selling into the finance/fintech industry and/or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of developing and contributing to enablement programs such as new hire onboarding and sales methodology reinforcement
  • Strong project management skills-- planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management, training, and plan execution
  • Experience working with high-performing teams across multiple geographies and functions
  • Ability to develop and deliver training – instructional design experience is a big plus!
  • Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Ability to own, prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects
  • Strong, professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Engaging facilitation and presentation skills
  • Understanding of learning metrics tied to business outcomes
  • Understanding of recent enablement trends and developments
  • Experience working with sales methodologies
  • Proficiency in rev-tech tools such as Gong.io, HighSpot, and SalesLoft
