Chainalysis is hiring a Web3 Senior Revenue Enablement Manager
Compensation: $70k - $100k estimated
Location: NY New York City, New York, United States
The Revenue Enablement team is a group of self-starters who can see around corners and identify revenue team needs before they become needs. Our job is to build relationships with leaders and employees across the entire organization with a goal of creating and deploying world class enablement solutions in a scalable fashion. The work we do optimizes revenue team member performance and outcomes all along the Chainalysis customer journey.
Our ideal Senior Revenue Enablement Manager loves helping others and is outcomes-driven, creative, collaborative, and organized. We measure success based on enablement programs and initiatives launched, completion rates across the revenue organization, and revenue team performance on key metrics.
In one year you’ll know you were successful if…
- You’ve mastered the Chainalysis product, customer journey, and you intimately understand our buyers and users
- You’ve formed close, trusted relationships with leaders and team members across the revenue organization and SMEs across the company
- You’ve been a key player in the development, delivery and upkeep of Chainalysis’s revenue onboarding, sales methodology, and management coaching programs
- You’ve become an expert in our rev-tech toolset, capable of enabling revenue team members on the use of our tools to optimize outcomes
- You’ve helped to establish a fun, revenue-wide learning culture
A background like this helps:
- 3+ years of experience owning functions of enablement for a revenue organization
- Proven track record of developing and owning revenue enablement programs such as new hire onboarding and sales methodology reinforcement
- Strong project management skills-- planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management, training, and plan execution
- Demonstrated history of developing and delivering measurable training programs
- Experience working with high-performing teams across multiple geographies and functions
- Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Ability to own, prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects with a portfolio of programs
- Strong, professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Engaging facilitation and presentation skills
- Understanding of learning metrics tied to business outcomes
- Understanding of recent enablement trends and developments
- Experience working with sales methodologies
- Proficiency in rev-tech tools such as Gong.io, HighSpot, and SalesLoft
