Software Engineer - Backend

PolySign aims to increase the adoption of digital assets in the global financial system. We leverage our expertise from both the cryptocurrency and financial services industry to solve the biggest problems in crypto. Our engineering team builds innovative solutions that provide the level of security and trust that our partners expect.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be a part of a team designing and implementing our core products.

- Work with blockchain technology to build high trust services

- Participate in architecture and design discussions with the team

- Work cross functionally to build out the product vision

- Own features from idea through delivery to the customer

- Write and maintain high quality, tested code

Essential Qualifications

- Professional experience in software development with Python or Rust

- Experience with API services development

- Very clear written and verbal communication skills

- Eager to learn new skills and grow both yourself and the team around you

- Self starter able to work independently with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems

- Experience building enterprise solutions that are highly available

- Experience writing event driven or distributed systems

- Worked in a zero ops model engineering team

- Strong passion for developing products that deliver a great customer experience

- Have implemented product features running in Kubernetes
