SettleMint is a Blockchain-Platform-as-a-Service company that exists to make blockchain and distributed ledger integration easy for enterprise. Our mission is to empower governments, enterprises and individuals with access to blockchain technologies to develop new economic, social and political operating models to improve the planet.

Blockchain technologies are foundational in nature and as such, are not confined to any one industry. Our product is being used to build solutions that reinvent e-commerce, identity management, financial markets, security, land registration, voting, supply chain and IoT data management to name a few.

 

On the back of a chain and infrastructure agnostic philosophy and solution, SettleMint's product is a low-code solution for rapid development of enterprise grade applications and the company has grown consistently since its founding in 2016. Established in the heart of Europe, SettleMint has expanded to the UAE, India and Singapore.

 

We are currently looking for great Solution Architects in Singapore, India and Belgium to further strengthen our team. Solution Architects at SettleMint play a key role in business development and channel partner activation as well as in solution delivery for clients. Want to immerse yourself on the cutting edge of a rapidly evolving technology, work in a rapidly growing company and make a dent in a number of global issues along the way? You are great at:

• Working constructively with others whether team mates, clients or partners;
• Visualizing the value stream of a client industry to identify stakeholders and the processes and systems through which they interact;
• Identifying how blockchain can improve these value streams;
• Writing concise and effective technical proposals to articulate these improvements;
• Organizing yourself independently so you can work quickly;
• Sharing your knowledge in the team.

 

And you have:

• Client facing experience as a consultant, analyst or in a technical sales role;
• The ability to clearly explain the core concepts that make blockchains work and explain how these are manifest in various protocols;
• The intellectual curiosity and technical background to deep dive in (and understand) emerging blockchain and DLT solutions;
• Experience preparing written SOW and RFI-RFP responses;
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written forms;
• Minimum 2 years of Blockchain experience, and if you don't have it, no worry, just convince us that you are the perfect fit.

 

And it’s super if:

• You have project management methodology certification (Agile/Lean, Prince 2, PMI) or equivalent by experience. You know how to get it done right first time;
• You have experience delivering training in the blockchain space;
• You are a recognised blockchain thinker in a specific domain and have experience in public speaking at events and conferences;
• You don't shy away from (and you have the ability to) roll up your sleeves to review code from time to time.

 

You will be busy:

• Joining client sales meetings and participating at events;
• Writing proposals for client engagements together with the Sales colleagues;
• Supporting clients and partners in the implementation of their solutions;
• Keeping up to date with industry and technology evolutions;
• Learning, growing and developing.

We are in a rapidly evolving space so your role will not be immutable over time. You should expect that your role at SettleMint will evolve as the company grows in the years to come. This will provide you the opportunity to grow and to have direct impact on shaping the nature of your contribution to the company. We do not fit in a box as there is no box today and we don’t expect you to either.
