Web3 Sr. IT Systems Engineer

Compensation: $105k - $120k estimated

You will work closely with the Head of IT and other technical leaders to bring projects from concept to implementation. This role will be directly responsible for implementing new systems, consulting on project feasibility and providing timeline estimates. As is true for any growing organization, the ideal candidate is flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and can change direction easily. We are small, your impact will be large. Responsibilities - Administration & implementation of IT SaaS products (Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, etc.). - Improve processes and workflows through automation and native integrations. - Collaborate with engineering teams to define processes and procedures for shared or integrated services. Identify risks (security, reliability, etc.) and partner on solutions. - Provide end user support and act as a technical escalation point for the IT Support team. - As a founding member of the IT organization, you are a natural mentor, collaborative in nature and ready for new challenges.

Desired Experience - 5+ years of experience administering modern SaaS applications. - 2+ years of experience working with cloud identity providers like Okta, OneLogin, Ping Identity, etc. - 2+ years of endpoint management experience in a mixed OS environment. - Extensive project work experience and an ability to capture/articulate work. - Well rounded experience and technical background, from packets to . - Direct experience being a technical lead or similar senior position, and comfortable wearing many hats. - Experience with an iPaaS solutions or IT automation platforms is desirable
