RECUR is hiring a Web3 Sr. Manager, Finance (Remote)
Compensation: $63k - $87k estimated
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead RECUR’s Financial Planning & Analysis function where you will be responsible for all planning processes, including the annual plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans. This highly visible role will report to the VP of Finance.
The role will partner closely with the other finance professionals, as well as senior business partner to understand the company level results and outlook of the business, summarize the key insights for management and provide recommendations to all relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to collaborate well with others, drive data driven decisions, and synthesize complex business drivers.
What you will do at RECUR:
- Structure, build and maintain annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting models, including scenario planning models
- Prepare and maintain the financial reporting calendar to inform stakeholders of the necessary reporting milestones and deadlines
- Own monthly management financial reporting which include key metrics, variance reporting and forecasting
- Develop key metrics to support hiring, scale and profitability goals; develop dashboards and processes to track and inform business performance to guide senior management team, including actionable insights, as well as risks and opportunities
- Source and implement systems solutions to streamline reporting and automate internal processes
- Support senior leadership on ad hoc projects and analysis, including preparing Board materials
What you bring to RECUR:
- BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or related business field
- 7+ years of experience leading and developing the Corporate FP&A function, ideally at a hyper growth environment handling full P&L responsibility
- Expert level experience in Financial modelling with Excel and google sheets
- Ability to understand and identify key trends and levers that drive RECUR’s business
- Team player and experience scaling and leading a small team
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrates thought leadership and manages relationships with senior partners

Nice to haves:
- Sage Intacct and/or Pigment experience
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience in a professional context with cryptocurrency, licensing and/or gaming industry
