Credix is backed by institutional investors with a rapidly growing, star team. About the job We are looking for someone to join the Credix team and help with our credit efforts. We are looking for a mid/senior profile that has experience within private credit and investment banking. You understand the end-to-end process including but not limited to due diligence, structuring, and risk management. Qualifications

+5 years of credit and/or structured finance experience, ideally asset-backed finance or emerging markets credit Proven track record of origination, underwriting, portfolio monitoring and structured finance transactions Experience with macroeconomic analysis and credit risk modeling Excel magician. Python knowledge is a plus Existing network of loan originators, investment banks, and credit funds within Latam (preferably Brazil) is a plus Proficient English. Professional working proficiency in either Portuguese or Spanish is a big plus

Responsibilities

Due Diligence - including credit analysis -, transaction structuring and stakeholders management Prepare materials and liaise with institutional investors within the CREDIX ecosystem to manage the fundraising process for specific tranches in deals Work with the Risk team on improving the existing underwriting frameworks and processes and the business development team on deal closing
