Whomwe’relookingfor?

AsITAdministrator,theprimaryfocusofyourrolewillbetheautomationofcurrentmanualprocesseswithahelpofdevelopmentandconfigurationindifferentsystemsandplatforms.Youwillworkcloselywithawiderangeoftechnicalteamsthatwillspanacrossinnovation,infrastructure,architecture(solutions,security),web,DevOpsetc.

Responsibilities:

• NewUser/PCsetup(Win,Mac,Linux)
• Basicserver/serviceadministration
• Basicnetworktroubleshooting
• Hardwaremaintenance,suchasLaptops,PCsandPrinterstominimizedisruptiontoend-users
• Communicatingeffectivelywithend-usersondifferentsite
• Liaisingwith3rdpartysupportteams/consultantsifneeded
• Contributetothedepartmentknowledgebase
• Remotesupport
