travala is hiring a Web3 Travel Concierge Specialist (EU/US Timezone)

We are looking for a Travel Concierge Specialist for an Online and Concierge Travel Booking Project using Blockchain Technology (Travala.com, Concierge.io). For the role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust and help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
Responsibilities: As a Travel Concierge Specialist, you will: ● Respond to our client booking requests in a timely and accurate way via email or chat ● Manage all aspects of the travel booking process and help customers make the best possible travel arrangements ● Resolve customer issues relating to travel booking management to ensure we deliver an unforgettable travel experience ● Identify customer needs and guide users through specific product features and platform functionalities ● Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support and follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved ● Work for EU/US timezone to support our customers.
Mandatory requirements: We are looking for:
● Experience as a Travel Concierge Specialist or similar Customer Service role ● Experienced with flight booking systems ( Sabre GDS) or airfare knowledge ● Fluent in English communication (verbal and written) ● Familiarity with our industry is a plus ● Experience using helpdesk software and remote support tools ● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail ● Flexibility, this role would suit someone who is very flexible with a variety of shifts available
● Must have a proactive and can-do attitude ● Self-starters with a collaborative, “can-do” attitude. ● Outgoing personality, organizing and motivating team ● Result orientation ● Passionate learners who aren’t afraid of new tools and technologies to build a great end-to-end customer experience.
Desirable requirement: ● Understanding or experience with Blockchain and distributed systems. ● Experienced in Digital Payment systems is a plus ● Prior experience working in a start-up.
