Klink Finance, founded in 2022, is operating at the intersection of consumer fintech and blockchain technology. Our mission at Klink is to build gamified products that improve existing financial behaviors, optimizing users to partake in positive financial habits whilst also giving large populations of users regular access to high-yield crypto returns in a safe, meaningful, and exciting way.

The three founders work in a completely remote set-up and have vast experience across various skillsets developed within successful startups and corporate ecosystems in international contexts across the EU & USA. Klink is backed and supported by well-regarded crypto funds located in Italy, Singapore and New York and is set to launch publicly and scale its services from Q4 2022. We seek to have a large financial impact on our users across Europe and our roadmap of products within our wallet environment makes this an excellent opportunity for a creative senior marketer who seeks to take on a large professional challenge over the coming years.

Tasks

Tasks:

You will be the driving force of execution for our treasury management that you will have full autonomy over. The role will be responsible for all elements of cash-, investment- and risk-management as well as building key relationships.

• Be the first hire to set an initial structure for building out the treasury and operations department including front- middle- and back-offices
• Build initial treasury management to prove MVP capabilities by end of November 2022
• Create and implement policies and guidelines for treasury management
• Build the initial infrastructure system & management that grows into a TMS
• Create a risk management framework and implement monitoring activities
• Define and track critical success metrics, identify key opportunities and challenges and collaborate with the founders and advisors to address them
• Work closely with the leadership team on strategy, roadmap and targets for the business, and advise on market opportunities and prioritisation decisions
• Own and manage a complex treasury of crypto assets
• Professionalize treasury management from initial setup over the coming years
• Build out key business partnerships

Requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in treasury management and at least 1-year experience in the crypto space
• A powerful sense of responsibility and accuracy
• Experience in working cross-functionally, with multiple stakeholders, as well as managing and negotiating with third-party suppliers
• Broad knowledge of treasury operations, FX, hedging and cash flow management and understanding of how to make improvements where necessary
• The extensive knowledge of standards that are expected by regulators and how to deliver against them
• Keen to roll up the sleeves and get things done as a key role within the early stages of a CeFi Crypto Asset Management Platform
