Objectives of the role:

Gain a deep understanding of our target users and their needs
Identify actionable insights from other fintech players and market trends
Work closely with growth & product teams in driving actions based on the insights

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute user research studies in Nigeria, including both qualitative and quantitative methods
Analyze research data and extract actionable insights to inform product development and marketing decisions
Deep dive into existing finance products and services to understand key features, value propositions and gaps
Conduct UATs of Pillow app (User acceptance testing) to understand user feedback at a feature, sub feature level
Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure the feedback and insights are integrated into the product development process
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in user research

Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in user research / product management / product design / UI/UX design in Nigeria
Fintech experience preferred but not mandatory
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
