What is Polygon?

The Role

In this role you’ll be designing tools used by some of the top blockchain projects. You will help build foundational blockchain infrastructure and collaborate with internal and external experts within various technical domains to advance the rapidly evolving blockchain community and progress the decentralization movement. The VP of Engineering should have in-depth knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem and a never ending curiosity to learn and master new technologies and practices. Having this role means you are not afraid of unknowns and enjoy working with others to problem solve and break new ground and you have more than a passing interest in the blockchain space. Establish and evolve modern engineering principles and practices for the organization, resulting in high quality systems and providing technical leadership in terms of architecture, infrastructure and operations are also part of this role.
