The Role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to work with us for a short-term 6-month contract, open to remote or in office. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong attention to detail, solid research and due diligence skills, enjoys working with people and has experience implementing processes and organization to improve efficiency.

In this role, you will support the Crypto Operations Team in updating and maintaining team-wide tools, resources, and procedures. You will also partner closely with our operating teams to provide exceptional administrative support to various community groups.

You should be an operational expert, adept at auditing, documenting, and upholding a variety of tools and cross-team workflows. You should be passionate about attaining exceptional standards in data management and assisting with community building.

To join our team, you should be excited to:

  • Contribute to the creation of process documentation for several teams and various processes.
  • ​​Partner closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Be responsible for day-to-day user support of Affinity; this includes troubleshooting issues and providing technical solutions.
  • Research and evaluate new tools that will help drive efficiency across the organization.
  • Assist in conducting regular training sessions and creating guides/how-to videos for Affinity.
  • Assist in regular Google Drive audits and clean up.
  • Complete regular audits, clean up, and maintain data quality of Affinity.
  • Manage community building administrative operations, such as, event scheduling, relationship tracking, and creating and facilitating surveys.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Affinity or with a comparable CRM
  • Demonstrated proficiency in database management (including managing audits and writing process documentation)
  • Proficient in G Suite (including extensive experience with Google Drive)
  • Knowledge of automation implementation and tools (i.e. Zapier or Tray) is a plus
  • You take pride in your extreme attention to detail
  • You thrive on teamwork and collaboration, while also valuing the responsibility and pride that comes with owning and delivering your work independently
  • Proactive, positive and personable with exceptional and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You approach every task, no matter how small, with equal importance and dedication

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $55.00-$60.00, actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope. #LI-Remote
