Background:

Crypto Royale is a p2e game launched in 2021. It peaked at 50K DAU in the last bull market, but has suffered a downtrend (both in users and token price) since then. The founder is looking for someone to take-over the reins to get it back on the right track.

Looking for a CEO who embodies a blend of vision, sales/marketing acumen, and relentless drive. If you're fueled by innovation and have a history of turning ideas into reality, we're eager to connect with you.

Your Mission: 

• Drive Growth: Elevate our presence with targeted sales and marketing strategies. We're specifically interested in someone who has previously contributed to a crypto project's growth, knows how to generate excitement around a token, and can significantly increase our user base.
  
  
• Fundraising and Expansion: Spearhead our fundraising efforts through investments, grants, and more. A critical component of this role involves expanding to new blockchains and obtaining grants to enhance our treasury.
  
  
• Community Engagement: Immerse yourself in our dynamic community, lead AMAs, and amplify our message across the crypto sphere. Your mission is to ensure Crypto Royale's voice resonates far and wide.
  
  
• Strategic Leadership: Guide our project into unexplored markets with confidence and creativity. Your ability to forge partnerships, secure sponsorships (including our Coin of the Week - COTW initiatives), and collaborate with other projects will be pivotal in boosting our visibility and exposure.

Who Are You? 

• You have previous experience in realizing growth for a crypto project.
• You're deeply passionate about blockchain, proficient in crypto and tech vernacular.
• Naturally adept at networking, you excel in forging valuable connections.
• Growth-focused, you're always on the lookout for innovative ways to expand and evolve.

What's in it for You? 

• Salary: $3500 USDC monthly for the first year.
• Equity: 9 million ROY tokens vested over 5 years (with a 1-year cliff).
• Incentives: Earn 5% from any raised funds, be it through seed/equity investments or grants.
• Referral Bonus: $1000 USDC reward for referring the chosen candidate (if they are unknown).
• Treasury Access: Approximately $70K at your disposal after accounting for the first year's salary.

How to Apply:  In the event of a close call between top candidates, our community will cast the deciding vote through a DAO vote.
