What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Serve as an analyst within the Finance department supporting the team in financial reporting to Senior management, including updating and providing effective updates to presentations.
• Effectively managing ad hoc projects and analysis, including evaluating new programs and initiatives as the Execution and Finance team are expanded
• Provide support for finance effort to increase efficiency and add value to DCG and subsidiaries, including identifying, tracking, and reporting on KPIs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
• Minimum 2-4 years of financial services experience required with a successful track record
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical thinker with capability to think outside of the box and see different perspectives
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience in project management and system implementation
• Independent work ethic
