The Role
Our Customer Success Department is responsible for the communication to existing clients using our B2B Mail platform. You will engage with existing clients, managing their accounts, and establishing a mid term email strategy for their communities. The role includes building strong client relationships, hand on creation of email campaigns, analysing analytics, and communicating campaign results with clients to optimise their email strategy. This position requires a proactive and creative individual. You should be able to work under pressure meeting deadlines, have the ability to create content and make proposals to enhance the email marketing strategy of our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a number of existing client accounts.
- Onboard and train new clients to use the EtherMail tool
- Create innovative web3 campaigns
- Analyse and monitor performance data
- Continued check-ins with clients on their account and strategy, building a trusting relationship with the clients
- Educate clients about new features of the tool
- Work cross-functionally with the IT, Product, Sales and Marketing teams to increase engagement on our platform
Skills and Qualifications
- High level of communication skills
- Excellent proactive and creative skills
- Ability to manage multiple client journeys at once
- Email marketing experience using CRM software / tools
- Web3 & blockchain knowledge / experience
- Technical curiosity or experience
Nice to Haves
- Has previously worked in a start-up
- University degree in marketing, communication or design
- Previous experience in a similar position as an account manager in a technical company
