NFT Gallery/Special Events Manager


This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing art gallery in the NFT/Crypto space. We are looking for a person who can help us rethink the presentation of our NFT gallery to the general public and other NFT projects. Knowledge of NFT collections/projects preferred, have good interpersonal communication skills.


The Partnership Manager will vet out artists to determine if the project fits into the Galleries standards and guidelines. Once it is determined that the Gallery will want to display the artist/project then the Partnership Manager will help work out details for displaying art work, initiate pricing model guidelines based on placement, time duration, and display location.


A Partnership Manager will take time to invest in relationships inside and outside of the Gallery. Networking can be a key element to a Partnership Manager’s role, as a lot of what they will be doing involves communicating and face to face meetings with new and upcoming NFT projects. This position will require the follow up on provided leads, making phone calls, attending meetings and liaising at events. This information will be used to create a flow of information that can be used to identify opportunities and for the growth of the business.


A practical side of a partnership manager’s role is assessing new partnership opportunities, researching new and existing NFT projects, and connecting with people within the community. The Partnership Manager will strategically determine which partnerships to prioritize and what will benefit the business. Analytical ability is important as they sort through data concerning partners and projects to find the best overlap with the company’s target market. This role is full time on site Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week and will at times require working weekends or nights which will result in adjustment to working hours.


Responsibilities:


  • Work on projects largely tied to high-priority company initiatives relating to the Gallery.
  • Identifies areas of process and vendor improvements that help drive results for the Gallery.
  • Champions the brand identity and provides a strategic point of view on brand identity issues with Gallery and related initiatives.
  • Follow up with provided contact lists as well as searching out new partnerships with NFT Artists/projects.
  • Find opportunities within the local community for the Gallery to be a place for events to help bring awareness and growth within the Las Vegas, Nevada area.
  • Work with other gallery staff to improve processes and procedures to further the success of the gallery
  • Identify marketing opportunities within both the national and local communities

Personal Traits:

  • 1-3 years NFT experience

  • Engaging in consultative conversations with NFT projects and generating interest with the general public
  • Provide Gallery staff training as needed
  • Ability to carry out basic gallery operations: opening, closing, order processing, inventory, upkeep of visual standards, gallery cleanliness and communicating needs that are dictated by the business
  • This is a key role in supporting the creative team and gallery partnerships
