What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop new paid ad partners according to the company's strategic goals
- Responsible for the traffic growth for the local African market
- Design and implement paid ads channel expansion strategies according to the local market landscape
- Keep abreast of the user experience of the local market, create feedback loops to the user experience team and drive conversion rate continuously
- Actively participate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, collaboration opportunities
What We Look For In You
- Proven track record in Paid Marketing / Paid Ad Business Development experience gained from the Crypto & Blockchain field
- Good understanding of ROI and the African market
- International exposure highly preferred
- Being multilingual is a great asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and result-oriented
