Arcadia Finance is the first peer-to-contract DeFi lending protocol that allows users to take a single credit line against a basket of any kind of digital assets. Users can lend against any combination of their ERC20/721/1155/XXXX tokens. We are working at the intersection of two booming markets: DeFi and NFTs, and are experimenting with cutting-edge technologies like ZK-Proofs, CCIP and Superfluid.

Opportunity:
- This is Arcadia’s first business-side hire and an incredible opportunity to have significant influence and shape one of the most anticipated startups in DeFi.

Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience with Blockchain/DeFi/NFTs in any capacity (investor, contributor, shitposter, student) and a basic understanding of the underlying technology.
- Welcoming, open personality.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, driven by meritocracy.
- Native or bilingual fluent English speaker
Responsibilities:
- Community Management: Manage all of Arcadia’s social media channels (mostly Discord and Twitter).
- Writing: Ability to craft clever Tweets and posts.
- Process Management: Co-create and execute content calendar, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Measurement: Track ROIs and KPIs.
Nice to Haves:
- A degen score.
- Experience running/building community in crypto.
- Twitter account/Discord server.
- SEO and/or SEM experience.
- Meme lord.
