As a DevOps Engineer at Flipster
You'll play a pivotal role in our engineering team, ensuring the flawless deployment, integration, and upkeep of our software systems and services. You'll implement advanced deployment strategies, integrate diverse software elements, and maintain our systems for optimal performance. As a collaborator, you'll work closely with various teams to develop a unified approach to software and infrastructure development. Your expertise in cloud platforms will drive the creation of a secure and scalable infrastructure. Lastly, you'll leverage automation to boost operational efficiency and streamline software delivery and infrastructure changes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all infrastructure costs
- Responsible for product monitoring (CPU, memory, etc.)Â Â Â Â Â
- Grafana dashboard and alarm system maintenance
- Develop, operate, and automate our AWS-based service infrastructure
- Construct, enhance, operate, and automate the infrastructure for our development environment
- Optimize infrastructure resources and manage their security
- Monitor the DB, optimize performance, and ensure its smooth operation
- Monitor application services, support logging, and manage notification settings
- Respond swiftly and effectively to service and infrastructure-related failures
- Automate and streamline our operations and processes to boost performance and reliability
- Design and develop scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure
- Manage service operations in a Linux environment (bash script)
- May be assigned to On-Call Duty for stable maintenance
Qualifications
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Helm.
- Extensive experience in developing and operating a CI/CD environment.
- Demonstrable experience in developing in more than one language, such as Python, Nodejs.
- Experience with Github Action, Harbor, Cloudflare, etc.
- Deep understanding and practical experience of Infrastructure as Code based on Terraform.
Preferred
- Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English.
- Self-driven and proactive personality
- Experience in a cryptocurrency exchange or fin-tech company
- Broad domain knowledge spanning across cryptocurrency, finance, engineering, network, and system architecture
