Responsibilities:

• Find and engage passive technical candidates for a current pipeline/future hiring needs through different channels in Ukraine;
• Conduct research and analysis of recruiting, donor companies, etc;
• Create a wide pool of companies and candidates;
• Prepare regular reports using defined scope of information and agreed templates to analyze hiring opportunities in a high quality level according to the agreed deadlines.

Requirements:

• Background as Sourcer/Research Analyst;
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian IT industry and software development companies will be a plus;
• Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels;
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities along with an analytical aptitude, quick-acting;
• Interest in new IT trends and social media channels;
• Strong analytical and visualization skills;
• Highly result oriented.
