About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Administrative Manager to oversee workspace renovation project, property leasing, facility services and management. This position involves various responsibilities related to project management, property leasing, space planning, renovation implementation, relocation, and soft services based on the company's business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Property Leasing andSpace Planning:

  • Managing property leasing activities, including negotiating contracts, overseeing lease payments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinating with landlords, real estate agents, and internal stakeholders to identify and secure suitable office spaces for the company's business operations.
  • Study space utilization and business need to propose workspace plan

2. Renovation and Facility Management:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand the company's business needs and develop space planning strategies for efficient office layouts
  • Managing renovation projects, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution within budget and timeline. Overseeing the implementation of office modifications and renovations to align with the company's evolving business needs.
  • Overseeing facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations of office spaces to meet the company's requirement

3. Security Policy Management:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the premises, employees, and assets
  • Conducting risk assessments, managing access control systems, surveillance systems, and emergency preparedness plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations

4. Energy and Environmental Management:

  • Managing energy consumption, optimizing operational costs, and implementing sustainable practices to reduce the environmental impact of the workplace
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings

What We Look For In You

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in property leasing, facility management, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of property leasing processes, including lease negotiations, payment management, and compliance
  • Experience in space planning and renovation projects to meet evolving business needs
  • Familiarity with security policy management, energy and environmental management, and data center leasing is preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to property management, security, and environmental sustainability
  • Project management certification or demonstrated experience in successfully managing renovation projects is a plus
