Job Description

• Assist in machine learning, optimising syntax being used in customer service AI Bot.
• Analyse real life scenarios in customer service in order to update AI Bot features.
• Responsible for designing replies for AI Bot and backend settings.
• Maximise database for frequent colloquial questions and replies; improve interaction ability of the AI bot.
• Frequently monitor the effectiveness of the AI bot product based on existing data and user experience.
• Following the trends/issues/launches in the industry and company, keep him/herself up to date and make the AI BOT content as fresh as possible on a daily basis.
• Great communication skills in order to create better serving replies as well as communicating with internal teams for a more efficient work.
• Great knowledge of local culture and communication ways with local users.

Job requirement

• Bachelor Degree & Above
• At least 3 yrs of relevant experience in AI Bot Operation
• Able to communicate in English and at least 1 Asian Language is highly preferred.
