Join us and be part of a journey in something really special. We are looking for a dynamic duo to join or Creative Labs. As an ACD Art, you will:
- Lead the Zimpex marketing and communications in the Thailand market
- Lead and define our design system, brand, tone, and unique voice in collaboration with user experience and marketing
- Work closely with a copy partner to ideate 360 campaigns and bring them to life with the help of designers, writers and production partners
- Design and ideate compelling art that is on-brand and on-message, to support marketing initiatives across broadcast, OOH, experiential, web, social, video, and more

- Collaborate with a diverse team on a wide range of projects
- Present work effectively to key stakeholders with different perspectives and needs
- Manage responsibilities and multiple projects in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Nurture and develop junior members of the team
Purpose of the role:
Based in Bangkok, Thailand—Creative Labs is Zipmex’s in-house ad agency, brand team and
design hub all rolled into one beautiful lean mean creative machine. You will have the
opportunity to experiment with different touch points, media types and assignments. From
leading digitally based experiences, to traditional broadcast and social activations. If it’s
consumer facing, we're on it. The diversity of our team's skill set is our biggest strength and a
great chance for you to grow in unexpected directions. Old dogs can indeed learn new tricks.
Qualifications:
● 8-10 years of experience as art-director/copywriter
● Portfolio with art-direction and design samples across multiple forms of media
● Experience with a consumer brand or at an ad agency
● Ability to be flexible and positive in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to be a self-starter and problem-solver
● Highly motivated and passionate about the possibilities of FinTech and Blockchain
● Highly creative, curious, and hard-working
● Exceptional attention to detail, design and ability to provide clear direction to team members and third parties
