As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users, answering their questions, solving problems, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. This is a perfect role if you’re just starting your career, enjoy helping people, and want to grow in a fast-paced, international company. What You’ll Do

Support our users via live chat and tickets with clear, friendly, and timely communication Help customers solve everyday issues and make their Bitpanda experience smooth and positive Learn our tools and processes, no prior experience needed, we’ll teach you everything Share feedback with the team to improve the way we support our users Work in a shift system (including evenings and weekends) with schedules planned in advance

Who You Are

You have some customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, reception, etc.) You speak English fluently and at least B1 level German or any other EU language (enough for simple conversations) You’re empathetic, friendly, and enjoy helping people You stay calm and reliable, even when things get busy You’re curious about fintech, investing, or crypto and excited to learn more
