Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• 1-2 years of commercial experience in production within the Gaming, Animation or VFX industry is prefered. Candidates with lateral experience in Gaming from Design, Programming, Art etc., interested in transitioning to a Producer’s role can also apply.
• Excel at planning and execution, be able to work under pressure and achieve results under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills: written and visual.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet team deadlines.
• Must be able to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
• Manage responsibilities across multiple projects.
• Must keep themselves updated with the latest mobile games
• A passion for games, virtual worlds, and social networking is good to have

You will 📲

• Running the production floor according to the guidelines set by the Producer / Sr. Producer and Head of Product
• Responsible for overseeing in-house and remote development teams.
• Excellent project management, communication, and management skills with a strong desire to contribute to growing a business.
• Staying abreast of issues on the floor and elevates information appropriately to your reporting Manager
• Coordinate and configure the in-game communication, working with the product team.
• Work closely with other Producers and stakeholders for multiple titles from ideation to live ops
• Create and maintain required documentation throughout the product life cycle.
• Executing on product development and feature updates using Agile development methodology.
• Estimate production cost and timelines for projects based on allocated resources and studio vision ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Work closely with the Product team to plan the sprint roadmap and ensure all planned tasks are ready for the development team to execute.
• Optimize and constantly strive to improve the process for Production execution and tracking to ensure efficiency of resources in terms of manpower and accuracy in estimations.
• Analyze success metrics and user behavior during Beta and final launch to ensure continuous enhancements to the game with focus on engagement and monetization.
• Monitor industry trends and creation of games in accordance with the market needs and target.
