Your role at Finoverse

• To research and analyse current financial market trends and up-to-date knowledge on FinTech and Web3

• To reach out and communicate with key industry leaders on validating proposed topics and sub-themes

• To identify and invite key event speakers and stakeholders

• To maintain a good relationship with Speakers and key stakeholders

• To attend industry events for rapport-building and networking purposes

• Programme planning such as conferences, VIP events, global seminars, business networking receptions, etc.

• Speakers and VIPs invitations

• Handle logistic arrangements for our VIPs and Speakers, manage and maintain a good relationship with the speakers

• Assist in any required logistics planning, pre-event management, on-site and post-event logistics

• Liaising with sponsors and speakers throughout the event production cycle

• Undertaking such other duties as directed by the line manager

Who you are

• Bachelor degree in Journalism/ Event Management/ Marketing Business or related field

• 5+ years of relevant working experience worked in the journalism field would be a big plus

• Experience in inviting speakers and handling speakers' logistics 

• Experience in event management

• Outgoing, enjoy meeting new people and building networks within the industry

• Working experience in startups/ small team

• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Excellent in both English and Chinese business writing

• Have knowledge or interest in Web3/Technology/FinTech/Finance Industry and trend

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
