LayerZero The Future is Omnichain.   ABOUT THE ROLE LayerZero builds infrastructure so any asset, application, or company can use crypto rails at internet scale. We’re reinventing how value moves online by solving for interoperability amongst blockchains – a problem we believe the world will value in trillions. Some stories need to be seen to be believed. As Video Producer, you’ll own the full lifecycle of LayerZero’s video content, from concept to shoot to final cut. You’ll turn abstract ideas into visual stories that educate, inspire, and endure. You’ll define the LayerZero motion identity: clean, intelligent, cinematic. Every piece you produce, from explainers to campaign videos will advance our goal of making the interoperable internet legible to the world.   WHAT YOU’LL DO Own End-to-End Production

Concept, script, produce, and edit video content across campaigns, explainers, and executive interviews. Work with marketing to define content goals, storylines, hero messages and go to market strategy, then ensure brand identity is maintained through shooting, editing, design and distribution. Manage live, recorded, educational, brand, full-length and clipped content.

Define the LayerZero Motion Identity

Establish the brand’s visual language in motion — pacing, tone, and storytelling >

Scale Content and Systems

Build workflows and templates for efficient, repeatable video production. Manage archives and asset libraries for reuse and cross-channel distribution. Ensure we get the most out of each video asset we create.

Measure Impact

Use engagement metrics and feedback loops to guide continuous improvement. Test new formats and approaches to keep the content fresh, insightful, and relevant.

  WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of video production experience, ideally within technology, fintech, or product storytelling. Strong command of production, editing, and post-production tools (Premiere, After Effects, etc) You will have access to internal design and editing support but should have a strong understanding of how to work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Excellent visual judgment and storytelling instincts. Comfortable working independently and with external vendors. Passion for clarity, precision, and pushing creative standards higher.

What is the job of a producer?

The job of a producer can vary depending on the industry, but in general, a producer is responsible for overseeing the creation of a product or service from start to finish

This can include managing budgets, scheduling, hiring and coordinating staff, and overseeing the creative aspects of the project

Particularly in Web3, the role of a producer can take on several different forms depending on the specific project or platform

Here are a few examples:

  1. NFT (Non-Fungible Token) producer: NFTs are unique digital assets that can represent various forms of art, music, and other digital creations. In Web3, a producer can create and sell NFTs, or work with other creators to produce NFTs that can be sold or traded on blockchain-based marketplaces.
  2. DApp (Decentralized Application) producer: DApps are blockchain-based applications that can provide various services or functionalities such as financial services, games, or social media platforms. In Web3, a producer can be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining these DApps.
  3. Content producer: In Web3, content producers can create various types of content such as videos, podcasts, articles, and social media posts that are decentralized, and distributed through blockchain networks. They can monetize their content by using tokens or cryptocurrency as a form of payment, which can be used by their audience to access or interact with their content.
