Responsibilities:

- Execute projects assigned to you by your manager, initiate your own projects and tasks to improve the gallery experience and service offerings.
- Greet incoming customers in a timely and friendly manner to create authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention and world-class service.
- Uphold quality control and physical presentation of the store to its highest degree.
- Guide customers through the space and facilitate small groups as an instructor or help an individual with their unique request.
- Provide thoughtful advice and technical support to help customers learn about NFTs, the set up processes, and assist in making NFT purchases, product purchases, and onboarding/conversion into partner companie’s ecosystems .
- Use exceptional listening skills to understand the exact needs of the customer and offer effective solutions through the best in-store service or product to fulfill that need.
- Work with your team to hit monthly sales targets.
- Act as the gallery’s representative and as such will maintain high standards of customer service through respectful, compassionate, and supportive conduct.
