Web3 BD manager

Core Responsibilities:

1. Led the team to expand overseas Kols, reached cooperation, and continuously brought new products to the platform and increased trading volume;

2. Planned different KOL special activities according to the characteristics of users in different regions;

3. Responsible for maintaining customer relationship, solving problems in cooperation, and optimizing cooperation methods and strategies;

4. Able to communicate well with other countries and help them solve problems;

5. Continuously investigate and pay attention to the return commission and promotion methods of competitive products, optimize the expansion strategy of business channels in time, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate and cooperate with customers fluently;

2. Business development and management experience, strong desire to make money and strong customer communication skills;

3. Strong internal and external communication skills, able to solve problems efficiently;

4. Have contract related experience in blockchain industry and have strong interest in blockchain industry;

5. Strong learning ability, willing to continue learning and able to have a good insight into the development status of competing products and the industry.
