Web3 Business Due Diligence Specialist

What You Will Do

• Reviewing Know-Your-Business (KYB) applications received from the account management team
• Following procedures and acting in accordance with policies and guidelines
• Researching via internal and external resources
• Gathering and analyzing data and documentation of KYB partners
• Identify adverse findings and refer such to the correct stakeholders
• To ensure that conclusions are made to proceed to further steps
• Communicating clearly the findings to account management team
• Closely work with account management team in providing findings
• Assist time to time in preparing corporate documents as requested by existing partners
• Follow policies and guidelines in adherence to Reverse Due Diligence (RDD)
• Update SOPs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Perform other related duties and tasks as may be required from time to time

What You Will Need

• Passionate about protecting the company from risks by conducting due diligence
• Minimum 1 year experience in operations within a financial institution or other regulated entity
• Graduate of Legal Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
• Knowledgeable in Google Suite programs
• Highly-flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment without compromising quality of work
• Eager to develop AML/CTF knowledge, with AML/CTF knowledge preferred
• Likes to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and draw conclusions
• Inclusive character and loves to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Trustworthy and able to protect confidential information with discretion
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without supervision
• Discreet and upholds customer privacy and confidential information
• Has a track record for getting things done - drive, ownership, and execution is at the core of our culture
