Partner Solutions Specialist (with Sign On Bonus)
What you'll do
- Support Know Your Business (KYB) processes, including the review and verification of corporate documents to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Act as PIC (Person-in-Charge) for escalated cases and serve as acting lead in the absence of the team lead.
- Assist and develop programs and projects, including maintaining and updating SOPs to ensure they reflect current processes and best practices.
- Guide and assist associates with inquiries or concerns, ensuring adherence to workflows, quality standards, and SOPs.
- Maintain and develop effective working relationships with partners to ensure mutual growth and success.
Help plan and implement strategies based on partner feedback to improve overall experience, including operational processes and product enhancements. - Work closely with internal teams to provide timely resolutions and data-driven recommendations for partner-related concerns.
- Handle daily partner concerns with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication to promote satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as required to support team and company goals.
- Take on ad-hoc projects to support strategic and operational initiatives.
What we expect from you
- At least 2-3 years of experience in handling workflows related to partner operations, KYB onboarding, or account management.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Operations, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Business Development and Account Management is a must.
- Preferably with exposure to customer service, BPO, financial services, or fintech environments.
- Experience in B2B support and operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, even under pressure.
- Knowledgeable in Google Suite programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly flexible, able to wear multiple hats and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to solve problems in a high-volume environment and maintain quality under tight timelines.
- Keen attention to detail and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated drive, ownership, and execution, a proven track record of getting things done.
- Amenable to shifting schedule (morning, mid-shift and graveyard shifts)
