Web3 Business Operation Specialist - P2P - APAC

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with daily operational and promotional activities to drive business growth
• Prepare for materials to support operational activities, including but not limited to messaging, tutorials, slides or other documents  
• Primary point of contact in assigned business and strategic projects, working closely with internal stakeholders
• Proactively manage stakeholder's expectations, prioritize and negotiate timelines and deliverables where necessary to meet key business objectives
• Be responsible and reliable while maintaining confidentiality and to exhibit integrity.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, and a strong commitment in order to deliver a quality data entry in a timely and an accurate manner

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 3 years of experience in operation role
• Able to work with minimum supervision and has integrity (can work independently or in a team)
• High level adaptability, Fast learner, and creative problem solving
• Responsive and accountable
• Fast learner, ability to opt following a standardized operation management system.
• Fluent in Chinese & English, and any other language is a plus
• Familiar with Fintech asset management, blockchain or digital assets products.
• Based in APAC
