About the role
We are hiring a passionate Climate Tech program intern to join us on the Accelerator team to support the launch of Brinc’s Climate Tech accelerator program focusing on carbon removal (CDR).

Key Responsibilities

    • Under the direction of the Associate Program Manager (APM), the intern will strengthen Brinc’s Climate Tech curriculum and network for our carbon removal program.
    • Research relevant follow-on investors and philanthropists to strengthen Brinc’s network
    • Support resource database development, planning sessions, and material preparation for founders during the program
    • Assist on defining the strategy for mentor onboarding, matching, and communication
    • Manage our climate tech database for contacts and events

Requirements

    • Passionate about technology, startups, innovation, and the Climate Tech industry
    • Education in Sustainability, science, technology, engineering, mathematics or related degrees
    • Prior experience in Sustainability and/or Climate Tech
    • Highly organized with attention to detail
    • Outstanding research and analytical skills
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to produce polished presentations for publication, internal use, and internal / external relations
