About the Opportunity
With rapid expansion globally, we are looking for a highly energetic junior level corporate secretary, who has experience to execute and maintain official corporate filings, documents, reports and records that are required by applicable laws and regulations.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting in handling the full spectrum of company secretarial matters within the Group Providing general assistance with routine corporate secretary matters, such as formations, dissolutions (including serving a key role in legal entity rationalization projects), drafting board resolutions, consents, secretary and incumbency certificates Liaison and coordinate with other internal departments and external professional firms Assisting finance team on bank account opening in different jurisdictions Maintaining company secretarial and statutory records Dealing with notarization and apostille work in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions Assisting in license applications in different jurisdictions and attending to regulator's inspections Assisting in handling ad-hoc projects
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree holder in law, business, management, finance, communication, or accounting Graduate or Associate Member of HKCGI, Studentship is also acceptable 3-5 years of company secretarial experience from professional firms/law firms/MNC Well-versed in Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and compliance regulations in other jurisdictions including China, Cayman, BVI, etc. Independent, self-motivated, passionate and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility Exceptional time management and ability to multitask effectively Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
